After several attempts, we were finally able to serve Susan Angell Esq. the Complaint/Summons and ADR Packet for the case entitled Lacambra vs Glass et al. As expected she responded with a Demurrer to try to prolong the pleading process. This afternoon, I filed an opposition and served her a copy by first class mail. This is actually the first time that we've published copies of the moving and responding papers that represent both sides of any particular issue. The legal briefs speak for itself and is now available for viewing.
We will try to publish all filed legal documents on all previous cases in the future. At this time, we are inundated with other matters relating to the new cases that we are preparing for filing and could not allocate enough time to upload all the legal documents. However, it is definitely on our to do list and we will do our best to have it available on this blog soon.
