Blog Update

There has been a noticeable lapse in blog entries since the 14th of this month. My writing partner in all this, my 12" Mac Powerbook G4, which is now about 5 years old, has taken a short break from our adventures. Because of the wear and tear brought by the many years of faithful service, the electrical chord completely failed a few days ago. The last time I plugged into a wall outlet, electrical sparks literally flew off the wire. I went to the Apple Store in Mission Viejo to inquire and was told it will cost $80.00 for a replacement. We at RJ operate on a limited budget and had to find alternative means to meet this need. So, we are glad to say it is now in the capable hands of a friend who is attempting to repair the chord. Our friend Joe comes by way of the US Navy and proudly served our country as an "Electrician".
